Carrie Underwood is a brown eyed bombshell!! This dress looks amazing on her. I posted a picture of the full outfit, plus an upclose look at the complementary neckline.Let's start with the neckline.. GOR-GE-OUS! I love the way it brings a pattern to the dress without taking it over completely. It flatters her collarbone, usually the thinnest and most attractive part on a woman's body. I also love the way the designer has put it in a different shade of silver with a little sparkle to bring it out a little bit more. The hanging off the shoulder is good, very fashionable today!
The length of the dress is perfect. This appears to be a flowy evening gown that could be worn to a fancy dinner or to an awards ceremony. The way the bottom of the dress frills out unevenly is good because it accentuates the flowing of the dress.
The hair.. not so good with the neckline. Personally, I would've chosen an updo just to help emphasize the stunning neckline. However, it doesn't look bad at all, just a personal opinion.
From what I can tell, the bracelet appears to be diamond studded. Looks gorgeous with the evening gown.

I would soooo wear this!!! it is amazing I love the dress, the neckline and everything. And I agree I wouldve done an updo on the hair to show more the neck part... but I still love it!!!
